Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Because our stories are mailed in installments, international readers receive each envelope as part of the same twice-monthly mailing rhythm.

At checkout, you select whether you would like to receive one, two, or three letters per mailing. Your subscription begins with the next scheduled mailing after your purchase.

All letters are sent via priority stamps through standard postal service. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days after mailing, though occasional delays can occur. International deliveries may take longer depending on destination and customs processing.

If a letter is lost or damaged due to postal error or our mistake, we will resend it at no cost. If an address was entered incorrectly or changed without advance notice, replacement fees may apply.

To help anticipate delivery, we recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery (U.S.), which provides scanned previews of incoming mail.

Because our mailing lists are prepared in advance, updating your account or notifying your post office does not automatically update your subscription.

Within 60 days of beginning your subscription, you may switch to a different story.

A small fee applies for letters already sent or processed. One letter may be exchanged at no cost.

After 60 days, story changes are not available, as each series is structured as a complete arc.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on letter subscriptions.

If you are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. You are welcome to keep any letters already delivered.

After 30 days:

• Monthly plans: payments already processed are non-refundable, but any remaining paid letters will still be mailed.
• Prepaid plans: prorated refunds are available up to 60 days from the start of the subscription.

After 60 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Non-letter products may be returned within 30 days (60 days for international orders), provided they are unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
