SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on our US orders.

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail; orders typically arrive within 5 business days. All orders ship with tracking information. Please allow for unexpected delays.

International Orders ship via UPS or USPS, also with tracking information. Customs and Duties taxes are not included in shipping costs, and are responsibility of the customer. We will not refund orders not claimed, or returned because of refusal to pay duty charges.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Petite Histoire scents, and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our handmade, 100% natural collection. Due to the personal nature of our products, we're not able to accept or offer refunds/exchanges, as personal care products cannot be restocked. 

Additionally, personal taste in fragrance is subjective, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on a dislike of the scent. To ensure a perfect match, we recommend beginning with a Collection Sampler to find your favorite.

If a product has arrived damaged, we will offer a replacement or a shop credit in certain circumstances. Please email info@nyc.ph with any concerns about your purchase.

LOST PACKAGES

All orders are shipped with tracking information. If it appears your order has been lost in transit, please contact info@nyc.ph. Once an order has been confirmed delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
