Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the United States. All orders are dispatched with care via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and include tracking.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
• East Coast: 2–3 days
• West Coast: 5–7 days
• Priority Mail: 2–3 days

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, these estimates are not guaranteed. Once a parcel is in transit and tracking has been provided, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Should this service be reinstated, please note that all customs duties and import taxes would fall to the recipient. Orders declined or returned due to unpaid duties will not be eligible for refund.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumery and the intimate character of personal care, all fragrance sales are final. Each scent is crafted in limited quantities, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

For those discovering the collection for the first time, we recommend beginning with a Collection Sampler. Fragrance is a matter of nuance and personal chemistry; we do not offer refunds based on preference.

Should your order arrive damaged, kindly notify us within 3 days of receipt, including clear photographs, and we will review the matter with care. Replacements or credits may be extended at our discretion.


Lost or Missing Packages

In the rare event that a parcel is delayed or appears lost, we recommend first contacting the shipping provider for the most current tracking details. Should you require further assistance, we are available to support where possible.

Please ensure orders are directed to a secure location. Once a shipment is marked as delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
