Shipping & Returns


We offer complimentary shipping on US orders. Orders are dispatched with tracking information via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. For reference: after processing, East Coast orders typically arrive within 2-3 days, while West Coast orders arrive in 5-7 days. Priority Shipping typically arrives within 2-3 days. These timelines are not guaranteed; please allow for unexpected delays.

Once tracking information has been sent, orders can no longer be modified or cancelled.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. International Orders ship via UPS, with tracking information. Customs and Duties taxes are not included in shipping costs, and are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund orders not claimed, or returned because of refusal to pay duty charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Fragrances are final sale. While we hope you love your Petite Histoire scents, and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our small batch collection, we're unable to accept refunds or exchanges as personal care items cannot be restocked. 

We recommend beginning with a Collection Sampler to find the scent that best works for you. Personal taste in fragrance is subjective, and refunds are not offered for a dislike of scent.

If a product has arrived damaged in transit we will offer a replacement or a shop credit in certain circumstances. Please Contact Us within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation of any issues so we may best assist you.

Lost Packages

If it appears your order has been lost in transit, please first contact the carrier directly, as they will be able to best provide you with the latest tracking information. For further assistance, please Contact Us.

Please ensure packages are directed to a secure location: once an order has been confirmed delivered via tracking, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
