Our Signature Difference

Ingredients Worth Tasting

A beautiful tea should offer more than aroma from the tin. It should continue to unfold in the cup.

Our gourmet tea blends begin with carefully chosen whole-leaf teas, then build depth with ingredients you can see: real fruit, blossoms, vanilla, cardamom, grains, herbs and whole spices. Each element is selected for the role it plays in the finished infusion, whether it brings body, brightness, warmth or a lingering finish.

The result is a more composed cup, with flavor that develops as you drink rather than disappearing after the first sip.

Packed To Preserve The Leaf

Tea is agricultural, and even the finest leaves lose their character when they are exposed to too much air, light or moisture.

Our teas are packed to protect their freshness and preserve the aromas, texture and structure of the blend until you are ready to brew. From the first opening of the tin to the last cup, the tea should remain as expressive as possible.

Black Honey Fumée

Black Honey Fumée belongs to the hour after the garden party, when the lanterns have burned low and the flowers seem to breathe more deeply. Dark tea, pale blossoms and blackened honey unfold against a trace of oak—less the smoke of a fire than the memory it leaves in the air.

Indian black tea gives Black Honey Fumée its depth and polished tannin; Chinese oolong softens the edges with an amber, almost elusive warmth. Together, they create a cup that feels dark without becoming heavy.

Manuka honey, pollen and vanilla lend a slow, burnished sweetness; less like sugar stirred into tea than honey warming inside an antique wooden cabinet.

Osmanthus and orange blossom do not make this a delicate floral tea. They flicker through the darker leaves like pale blossoms caught in moonlight—fragrant, golden and just out of reach.
